Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping Only

JANI ZORVEX ships exclusively to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. Orders with non-U.S. shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM ET, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping methods within the contiguous United States:

• Standard Shipping — $7.95 (3–5 business days)
• Expedited Shipping — $19.95 (2–3 business days)
• Overnight Shipping — $34.95 (1 business day, order by 12:00 PM ET)

4. Free Shipping Threshold

Free standard shipping is offered on all orders totaling $75.00 or more before taxes and after any discounts. Free shipping applies only to standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Expedited and overnight shipping rates still apply if you select those methods.

5. Hawaii and Alaska Surcharges

Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska incur a surcharge of $15.00 per package in addition to the selected shipping rate. Free standard shipping does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska; however, the $75.00 threshold still waives the base standard rate — only the $15.00 surcharge applies. Delivery times to Hawaii and Alaska may take 5–10 business days.

6. PO Box Restrictions

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only for standard shipping. Expedited and overnight shipping methods are not available for PO Box addresses. Oversized items, including weighted blankets over 20 lbs and mattress toppers, cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for these items.

7. APO/FPO Addresses

We do not currently ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve military families in the future.

8. Duties and Tariffs

Because we ship only within the United States, no import duties or tariffs apply to orders delivered to U.S. addresses. All prices shown on the Site include applicable domestic taxes where required. JANI ZORVEX is not responsible for any customs fees that may apply if you arrange for a package to be forwarded to an international address.

9. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and navigating to your order history. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

10. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will initiate a carrier investigation and work with you to resolve the issue. JANI ZORVEX is not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are stolen from your porch or mailbox — we recommend providing a secure delivery location.

11. Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, peak shipping seasons, and other factors beyond our control. JANI ZORVEX is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers. If your order is significantly delayed (more than 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date), contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

12. Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If the order is undeliverable and returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product cost minus original shipping charges.
