Refund Policy

1. Refund Authorization

All refunds require prior authorization from JANI ZORVEX. Refunds are issued only after a returned item has been received, inspected, and approved per our Returns Policy. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. If your return is denied, we will contact you with an explanation and the item will be returned to you at our expense.

2. Original Payment Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different credit card, bank account, or payment method. If the original payment method is no longer active, please contact us at [email protected] to make alternative arrangements.

3. Processing Time

Once a refund is authorized and processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds may appear within 3–5 business days. JANI ZORVEX is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.

4. Full Refunds

Full refunds are issued for: (a) items returned within the 7-day window that are unused and in original packaging; (b) orders canceled before shipping; (c) damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery; and (d) incorrect items shipped by JANI ZORVEX. Full refunds include the product cost but may exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances: (a) items returned with missing parts, accessories, or packaging; (b) items showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product; (c) items returned after the 7-day window but accepted as a courtesy; and (d) items with minor cosmetic damage not affecting functionality. The refund amount will reflect the diminished value of the item.

6. Sale Items

Sale and clearance items purchased at a discounted price are eligible for refunds at the purchase price, not the original retail price. Final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. If a sale item is defective, it may be exchanged for the same item or refunded at the purchase price.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Gift card balances do not expire.

8. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, or defective product). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or the item is damaged or defective. Prepaid return label fees are deducted from the refund amount.

9. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order free of charge if it has not yet shipped. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and you must follow the standard return process. Orders canceled before shipping receive a full refund including shipping charges.

10. Exchange Price Differences

If you exchange an item for a lower-priced product, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you exchange for a higher-priced product, the difference will be charged to your original payment method. If the original payment method cannot be charged, we will contact you for an alternative payment method.

11. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable: (a) opened pillows and used mattress toppers for hygiene reasons; (b) gift cards; (c) final sale and clearance items; (d) items returned outside the 7-day window without prior authorization; and (e) items damaged due to customer misuse.
